The Client

Beeline is a pioneer of vendor management systems (VMS), used to track external vendors, consultants, and remote teams. Fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Disney, Meta, UPS, and Pfizer use their software.

The Challenge

Our partnership started with Utmost, which Beeline later acquired. Integrating both systems without disrupting ongoing processes was essential.

The Solution

Notch integrated Utmost and Beeline into a single cloud-based platform powered by Camunda BPM, giving enterprises a real-time view of over 30 million external workers while preserving ongoing workflows. The shared services, granular permissions, and streamlined onboarding flow reduce client setup costs and make tracking work requests, job postings, and applications easier across Worker and Supplier modules.
