Obstacles are Invitations
One thing we pride ourself in is strength and resilience, tenacity to keep working until we get to the solution. Obstacles are invitations; they don’t slow us down or stop us, but challenge us to succeed.
At Notch, we aim to create a working environment where no is never the answer, instead we strive to create positive, impactful changes for each client’s business.
Our solutions are both impactful and attractive. It’s important to us to effect change by implementing solutions that are not just functional, but aesthetically pleasing as well.
Tenacity is Our Go-to Mode
Where others see a challenge, at Notch we see an invitation. We’re a team of tenacious people who never tire – strategists, data engineers, designers, developers – creating advanced digital solutions that help companies scale their business and bring it to the next level.
We are looking for persistent people who are skilled, creative, and tenacious in overcoming even the most complex challenges.
If you think you can outwit the challenge and get the job done, you are the person we are looking for.
Adapting to an ever changing environment
Here for the long term
Our clients are our top-notch ambassadors. The years that tie us together speak volumes. Getting the job done is what has built our reputation over the last two decades.
Duration of cooperation
There is no straight answer to this question. Our experience and practice show that Scrum guided teams of up to 7 people are optimal, provide the best collaboration, and have the necessary knowledge. If the project requires more people, our suggestion is to organize more optimal teams.
Microservice architectures are not exactly breaking news to software development, but they did come into focus at about the same time as digital transformations in large organizations. Not by chance. Microservice architectures do not only solve technical but also organizational problems. They allow easier division of large systems and business problems into smaller parts and their independent implementation. This allows for smaller teams to work independently, whether in-house or provided by us.
It is possible, but no more than 50% of the project duration. If it’s remote work, the whole team joins for the project kickoff, an important milestone meeting.
