We are looking for a Technical Product Owner (m/f/t) to join our internal Delivery team.

- Own and manage the product development process within your assigned scope
- Create, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on business value, technical constraints, risks, and dependencies
- Translate customer, business, and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams and identify cross-team dependencies
- Actively de-risk the roadmap
- Clearly communicate progress, priorities, and impediments to internal stakeholders; ensure no unresolved risks are hidden
- Create and maintain clear and structured product documentation
What impact would you make in this role?
- Bridge the Gap: You will act as the primary translator between the client’s Product Managers and engineering teams, ensuring business goals are converted into feasible, architecturally sound technical specifications.
- Enable Engineering Excellence: By creating “developer-ready” specifications, you will minimize back-and-forth communication and allow developers to focus on coding rather than clarifying requirements.
- De-risk Delivery: Your technical insight will allow you to identify architectural blockers and dependencies early, long before they become impediments in the sprint.
The perfect candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar IT positions
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, refinements, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ability to “speak code”: Proven skill in translating high-level business requirements into tangible, low-level technical requirements (User Stories) that require minimal explanation to engineers.
- Proven track record of working within large-scale corporate environments. You understand complex organizational structures and know how to navigate established processes and diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including hosting meetings, presentations and documentation, translating user/business requirements into tangible technical requirements
- Confidence in planning and delivering meetings/workshops to all stakeholders;
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
We would highly appreciate:
- Technical Background: Previous experience in software development. You possess a deep understanding of the SDLC, APIs, and system architecture, enabling you to confidently discuss technical solutions with Architects and Developers.
- Experience with SAFe framework
- Familiarity with whiteboard tools such as Miro;
- Confidence in monitoring and coaching;
