Notch is one of the leaders in Agile transitions and the publisher of the only book on Agile methods in the region. So, Addiko Bank asked us to do a large-scale coaching and education cycle on the subject of Agile.
Addiko is a Top 3 bank in corporate and retail banking in Croatia and part of a larger Austrian group. Our team of coaches worked with more than 100 employees of the bank. Many of the employees went through the certification and became internal coaches.
