ProAg provides crop and livestock insurance. It is one of only 14 approved livestock and crop insurance providers in the USA. ProAg is part of Tokio Marine, one of the world’s leading insurance companies.
The Challenge
ProAg wanted to offer a better user experience to their agents and clients. The existing solution was visually dated, lacking advanced functionalities and integration with the other systems ProAg uses.
The Solution
Notch designed and built SmartQUOTE as a modern web application that streamlines livestock quoting for ProAg’s agents and customers. It replaces the dated interface with an intuitive one‑stop tool that surfaces all key data, automates document workflows, and connects to ProAg’s core systems. This gives agents faster, more confident decisions and supports ProAg’s complex, ever‑changing environment with improved internal processes.
