The Client
Erste Card Club (ECC) is part of the Erste Bank Group, which serves over 16 million clients in seven countries. ECC is the exclusive operator of Diners Club in Croatia, operating under a franchise agreement.
Client Challenge
ECC faced several challenges including a tight schedule, coordinating multiple parties, and working with numerous vendors. In addition, the UI/UX wasn’t optimized for smartphones.
The Product
The ECC mobile app gives users secure access to their accounts, from where they can check balances, transaction history, and even order new cards without an Erste account.
